March 13: Celebrating our nephew Connor’s dedication today. I heart my boys.
All Aboard!
After snagging an amazing deal on Living Social, we were able to take a family trip to All Aboard Diner in Downers Grove, Illinois. (It was also Jack’s very first trip out to eat with us). Charlie had a GREAT time, but did NOT love when the birthday song ended for the four (!!!!) different kids whose birthday it was…. View Post
Decluttering
I tackled the boys’ room yesterday and my next big project is their closet. The first major thing is the hutch/diaper changing station/dresser area which was a MESS: Before After Before (lower cabinet) After Before (shared sock drawer – HELP!) After (yes, we are slowly venturing into potty training…heaven help us!) Bag #6 (Magazine clippings for recycling) Bag #7 (Giveaway… View Post

Tip #11
March 11: Bask in your decluttering & spring cleaning process. Just 10 days ago, we embarked on a cleaner us and I think as a family, we’re doing great! My update post is coming right up!

March 10: This is how we’ve already spent a portion of our morning… because of this. So you might be wondering why in the world would there be poop on the OUTside of a diaper? Apparently, when said 2-year-old has a gigantic blowout that creeps out the back of the diaper, it also gets on his shirt and pants. … View Post
Jack Attack
In case you couldn’t tell, sometimes I take pictures. Okay, I take pictures a LOT. But most of the time it’s for no reason at all. So this post is all about Jack Attack and some of the cute faces he’s made recently.
Recent Deliciousness
My new recipe pursuant to tip #7 was some amazing Turkey Chili that I made over the weekend. Filled with fresh veggies, a dash of spice and some tomatoes, we enjoyed this yumminess with some cheese. Dig in!
Tip #9
March 9: Send a snail mail letter to a friend that you’ve been meaning to write for a while. They’ll appreciate your willingness to reach out.
