October has brought a WHOLE LOTTA new finds to Netflix for streaming and we can hardly keep up! Imagine my surprise when I woke up early to find the boys already knee-deep into the second season of Skylanders Academy – a Netflix original. To say they are obsessed would be an understatement. They’ve also recently fallen in LOVE with Super Monsters which made its debut on the eerie Friday the 13th! (Perfect timing!)
We especially were able to STREAM ALL THE THINGS during our adventures to Charleston, South Carolina earlier this month! (HELLO, Downloading all the things onto my app and not needing WiFi! – Can I recommend SING, Moana, Party of Five, The Office, and more?)
After snagging some sand dollars from the South Carolina Aquarium, we also used the opportunity to GOOGLE all the things to increase our knowledge about them and how they are formed!
We then were able to learn even MORE about the ocean and undersea creatures thanks to Netflix – check out Ocean Wonders and Planet Earth: The Complete Collection which then lead to even MORE questions! The boys had a great time on vacation, learning about new things, and I loved that Netflix enabled us to expand our learning even to the NEXT LEVEL!
Now back to October’s new releases AND the series that will cause you have ALL the questions, but not ones that you are easily able to GOOGLE! The month will end on a high note at the end of this week when the second season of Stranger Things goes LIVE! Excited to prepare
