I’m participating in the Houseful of Nicholes Cookie Recipe Exchange & Blog Hop. All opinions, recipes, and awesomeness is my own.
The holidays are always especially busy for us, but I still love to get my bake on. These cookies are so simple, even your kids could do it (with your help with the oven) and they are absolutely delicious! You probably already have most of what you need on hand.
You will need:
1 13 x 9 package of brownie mix
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. water
2 eggs
The important thing to note here is you will NOT be using the ingredients as the box calls for. ONLY use what I’ve included above to ensure that these turn out correctly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of your ingredients together well.
Add in your dark chocolate chips or chunks (you can use other varieties, this is just my favorite)
Using a cookie scoop, place little scoops on your cookie tray and bake until they are set. Gooey and fudgy if you do not overbake, so be mindful!
Enjoy with an ice cold glass of milk!
What are your favorite cookie varieties this time of year?
