As a busy mom, I’m learning that little changes can go a long way – whether I’m short on time, money, or ME – there is always something little I can be doing to make progress on the bigger picture. I participated in a Webinar recently that highlighted tiny tweaks you can make to improve your approach at life, beauty, and general health and wellness.
Inspired by these, I thought I’d put together a list of my favorite tiny tweaks that I’m making to improve my overall life outlook and health.
1. Drink Water!
Whether I pour myself a mug of tea or a mason jar full of water, I am aiming to drinking 8+ glasses a day. Great for energy, refueling, and overall hydration, drinking water is a simple trick that can improve my outlook pretty quickly.
2. Be kind.
Be it people I love, new people I meet, or just my overall life’s outlook, my goal in life is to be kind in the little and big things. Sometimes, a kind word, a smile, or hug can make all the difference in brightening someone’s day.
3. Take time for you!
A nice evening lounging in the bathtub, getting a pedicure, or even taking a little more time in your oral health routine, these little ME moments are what refuel and recharge you for the day ahead.
