Putting together this sweets table is simple and uses some great basics while adding a little oomph to some. You’ll need SNICKERS® Ice Cream Bars 6-pack, M&M’s® Plain 42 oz. bag, M&M’s® Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches 6-pack, Starburst® Minis Unwrapped, and Skittles® 14 oz. I loved using fun colors like greens, blues, and reds along with fun size jars and the SMILE banner!

Now on to the specialty creations!

SNICKERS® Ice Cream Bar Inspired Fudge

This delicious microwave fudge recipe is simple to make and mirrors the flavors of everyone’s favorite ice cream bar. Filled with salty and sweet, it’s the perfect marriage of flavors.

For this recipe, you’ll need 8 oz. of milk chocolate chips, 25 unwrapped caramels, 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tbsp. cream. Sea salt optional.

Combine the chocolate and condensed milk and heat until beginning to melt. Stir together. Line a container with parchment paper (the shape doesn’t matter, I used oval). Pour chocolate in the bottom layer. Heat caramel with two tablespoons of cream until melted and smooth.

The next steps are to layer the fudge. Start with the chocolate layer, pour, and spread. Next, sprinkle with honey roasted peanuts. Pour over caramel layer, smoothing as you go. Lastly, sprinkle with a dash of sea salt for additional flavor. Cool in the refrigerator and store in an airtight container.

Salty and Sweet – the perfect end of summer treat!

SNICKERS® Candy-Coated Ice Cream Bars

The next sweet treat is to jazz up SNICKERS® Ice Cream Bars with a little something extra. Start with your bars and insert popsicle sticks for ease of eating. Then, melt white chocolate with a splash of cream and drizzle over the bars.

Add M&M’s® and freeze until hardened.

Serve alongside M&M’s® candy and M&M’s® Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches.

Starburst® Swirl & Skittles® White Chocolate Fudge

This fudge recipe is just as simple. You’ll need 8 oz. of softened cream cheese, four cups of confectioner’s sugar, 8 oz. white chocolate, 1/2 bag of Starburst® Minis Unwrapped, and Skittles® for folding in.

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until mixed. Then, melt white chocolate with Starburst® Minis until blended. Combine chocolate and Starburst® mixture with cream cheese and powdered sugar mixture. Fold in Skittles® and top with a few. Refrigerate or freeze until hardened.

Serve alongside Skittles® and additional Starburst® candies.
