Yesterday, the boys and I met up with some of our favorites (Riya, Sarah Cupcakes, Cara, Rowan & Rhyno) for our very first Color Run in Chicago! Along with 16,994 other runners, we schlepped downtown and despite a parking snafu for the Guff crew, we managed to head to the race just in time.

Overall, we had a blast! Despite the rain and parking issue, it was a GREAT morning and the boys are stoked to go again (even Jack). I’m sure we have enough glitter to last us until the next one…

I’m glad you had a blast! My daughter and I were supposed to run our first 5K yesterday and they ended up cancelling it when we were on the starting line because of lightning strikes right before the rain poured down on us. Maybe we will try the Color Run next year!
