The long-lasting career of Plumb has resonated with since my early mission-traveling days with my high school youth group. Plumb has sold more than 500,000 albums and over two millions singles worldwide, including co-penning song for numerous other artists. I can fondly remember the earlier tunes as we traveled throughout Arizona, Scotland and Romania. To this day, I still have those originals on my playlists. So when I had the opportunity to check out her newest album (Tiffani Arbuckle Lee as Plumb), I knew I had to jump at the opportunity.
The 7th studio album, EXHALE, captures worship-filled songs with gratitude and hope. I love these thoughts from her as the inspiration comes from her home church:
“That idea of exhaling hope hit me right away and I couldn’t get to the Notes section on my phone fast enough. I started writing the chorus of Exhale right then and there,” explains Plumb. “I have been made new by the ultimate hope, and I want to share and exhale that hope in everyway I can.”
The album is one of my favorites to play throughout the day in the car as I’m traveling to our different destinations: work, school, and church. With a soulful sound and a worship background, Exhale encapsulates beautiful sounds with a message of hope and sharing our faith. Notably:
Broken Places
When You Walk into the Room
