With summertime in full swing, we love entertaining in our new backyard. We moved into a new house with a big yard and thought it would be perfect to host a get-together. The first step to any party-planning is to head to Walmart. With everything you need to throw the perfect party – from food to drinks to the perfect party fare, Walmart is your one-stop shop for everything you need.
Finding the K-cups in Walmart is pretty simple. Look for the coffee/tea aisle and your selections are right there! I love that they have an entire center post just for them! The Brew Over Ice cups can be found mingled within.
Let’s not forget the party aisle! These plastic Mason Jar tumblers have me swooning and in a variety colors, they make any party a hit! Add in the fact that they are plastic and less likely to break makes them the perfect option!
After you’ve bought your party essentials, it’s time to test out the brewing! Brewing over ice is pretty simple, all you need is a mug, your k cup, your Keurig brewer and a plastic tumbler filled with ice! For best brewing, brew your favorite and newfound Brew Over Ice flavors on the 6oz (small) or the 8oz (medium) setting.

Party Time!
To prepare for my guests, I put together a simple tray and lined it with some coordinating scrapbook paper. I purchased plastic tumblers from Walmart and displayed the Brew Over Ice K Cups including the Vitamin Burst Acai Berry Flavor – my personal favorite. There is such a large selection of Brew Over Ice cups that your Keurig is no longer limited to Fall and Winter times when the weather is cooler. I also thought the tumblers made the perfect guest favor for the day.
The bright colors make the party festive and fun. I love striped straws and the fact that these cups are reusable make it even better. Fill a bucket of ice and get ready to go! I kept the Keurig inside and would just act as hostess, refreshing drinks as necessary so that guests could enjoy the party!
We had such a great time that I even shared with a picnic I attended as well. Guests had a great time enjoying larger pitchers of previously brewed Brew Over Ice cups!
