Thanks to Stonyfield for getting this conversation started!
As school winds down and kids are headed back home to drive parents crazy, I’m always looking for ways to beat the heat and keep them active. You can usually find us at the park, the pool, in our backyard, or running somewhere outside, but it also means we usually need snacks along the way! One of our favorites comes from Stonyfield! From their greek yogurt cups (did someone say superfruits, YUM!) to the YoKids sMOOthies, we are hooked!
A good pair of sunglasses are a must for summer. Not to mention adorable hats & smiles…
A few of our favorites headed to the refrigerator. I recommend mixing in some cocoa to the vanilla Greek Yogurt that you’ve let freeze slightly. Tastes like chocolate ice cream and the perfect healthy treat on a warm summer day!
So what if it’s raining or way too HOT?! Head indoors to the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago.
They even have a special offer running this month! From June 9 through June 30 guests can get half-off two Museum Entry tickets. Guests who visit http://www.msichicago.org/offer will receive a voucher to redeem at MSI ticket counters for 50 percent off up to two Museum Entry tickets—adult, senior or child.
We LOVE the Museum and highly recommend visiting for children of all ages. Check out our previous visits here and here.
What are your ways to beat the summer heat & boredom?

I just bought a BUNCH of Stonyfield yogurt! I’ll have to try your cocoa and slightly frozen version!
