Whether you’re throwing a birthday party or a fun family get together, Premier Princess Parties is the way to take it to the next level! With character appearances from superheroes to all the Disney favorites, your crew and birthday boy or girl will NOT be disappointed! I recently had the opportunity to interview Diane, the owner at Premier Princess Parties, and loved hearing more about what they offer! Want to book your own party? Check out their Facebook page or email them at diane@premierprincessparties.com.
Most parties are about an hour long and prices start at $175 for Mascot characters and Superheroes. Our packages provide the character and entertainment while the character is at the event. Special events are quoted directly by me.
Which character would you most love to see at your next family party?

We have had an awful experience with this company. I contacted them along with a few other companies who all do the character parties. As I was emailing back and forth with the companies Premier Princess Parties sent me the Elsa character they would send to the party and the price. The actress looked so much like Elsa I was sold right on the spot. On top of it, they said during the party other then some dancing, music and games each guest would get a little party favor from Elsa. I ended up putting the down payment down that day and was extremely excited to plan this amazing event for my little girl who was turning 5. When you look at their facebook page there are so many raving reviews I honestly thought I couldn’t go wrong. Come to find out much later, they filter ALL their reviews and leave nothing but 5 starts on the page. More about that later.
Flash forward to the party. Elsa walks out of the car and comes into the house and I am a bit shocked. Not only is this a totally different actress but she looks absolutely nothing at all like Elsa. My heart sank a bit knowing I had all these girls so excited! Two of the girls in the group said out loud, even before she walked in ,” That’s Elsa?” Ugh! Anyways, the actress was nice enough, however, the party slowly started to decline. She repeated songs a couple of times and there were points in time where she seemed lost at what to do next? 30 minutes in she only had three girls left from the party around her! The other girls literally walked away =/ I was so upset my mother in law and I did our best to keep things exciting. On top of that I was told in the contract that each girl would get a little party gift from Elsa, this never happened!
$250 dollars later I felt totally gipped. How can a company send an actress who was not the one they said I would get? Then she was a little on the boring side not able to keep 4 and 5 year old girls attention for only one hour???
This is when things got much worse. Before the last guest left our house I sent my first email to the company letting them know my concerns. This was on Saturday. Their contractor was the ONLY one who would respond to my multiple emails. Why multiple? Because, I tried to contact the owner at least three times with no response at all. Almost 4 days later, do I get a call from her? Nope. She sent me this short and obviously blow it off email. ( This is copy and pasted and the exact wording)
“H Rachel,
I appreciate your feedback for your party. It is unfortunate that there were some misunderstandings but our of our beautiful Elsa singers did perform and event get a tip from the party she did with you but not the final payment for the party of almost $60. I will take that amount off of the party for any misunderstanding.
Thank you,
Diane”
What in the world?? This was the response the owner sends after almost 4 days? This situation at this point wasn’t worth a call?? I had the contractor emailing back and forth with me, even calling me saying she was sorry this was happening. But the owner sends the above as the ONLY method of contact?
In the end, I really hope everyone thinks twice before hiring this company. Since this whole thing started I have learned these things.
1. The contract and info they say about what they will provide and whom they will send may or not be the truth.
2. If you have any issues at all, good luck hearing back. If you finally do, realize you will only leave dumbfounded by the owners ridiculous work ethic.
3. When you are so frustrated with no one willing to help and you feel all you can do is make a review. Know that she will block you from posting on their facebook page. She will delete your review on their actual website and she filters ALL the reviews coming in and only leaves the 5 start ratings leaving their company looking like a prime candidate.
4. Look for another company! The lack of care and response to my valid issues are inconceivable. Don’t put yourself through this.
