It finally happened – ten weeks in – I dreamt of running last night. I dreamt that I ran about six miles entirely within a house without using a treadmill. My pace was awful because stairs were involved. Maybe you could call that a nightmare instead. Let’s recap the last week, shall we?
Since December 9th, I have run over 200 miles (219). SO glad to have stuck with it!
A few points of note:
Focus on inspirational quotes. They will help remind you DAILY that you matter and life is worth fighting for.
Valentine’s Day came and went. I indulged in a few small things, but didn’t allow chocolate to consume me. I also watched how much of IT I consumed.
I woke up at 4:45 a.m. to use the bathroom (thanks, water). After tossing and turning back in bed, I opted to run instead. We CAN make tough decisions to DO things that are difficult.
Did a variation of a Spartan Circuit over the weekend with my brothertrainer and thought I might die. I was sore two days later and my core hurt when I laugh. Yowch.
