Holy guacamole! I can hardly believe I have finished SIX weeks of this madness! Half-way through month two! Ever since jumping on that treadmill on December 9th, I haven’t looked back. I’ve also finished week three of an official running training plan – no real goal at this point, just happy for the steady schedule.
Successes:
Finished another round of Zumba
Strength training added in (thank you, Spidermans, Supermans, and Planks)
Worked out 6 of 7 days
Said no to some dessert!
Ran UP 55 flights of stairs and ran DOWN 55 flights – my calves were burning. deeply. forever. My run the next day (best 5k thus far) was brutal because of it.
