We were lucky enough to have daddy home from work and the day was pretty low-key. It started with our usual Hostess Cupcake for breakfast tradition (and Jack FINALLY agreeing that he was turning three!) and ended with a viewing of the movie Planes & McDonald’s. Jack requested double chocolate cookies and declared that “Mommy makes the best cookies ever!” and I snuggled him to sleep. He spent time on the iPad, talked to some of his favorite people, and playing with his new miniature car race set. So far, he loves being three!
