Welcome to the month of November! For our family, that means the month AFTER all the candy & family birthdays. For most people, it means the month BEFORE the season of giving and receiving! Before we start making wish lists, Christmas requests, and open wrapped parcels, I thought I’d take a moment to count our blessings as a family!
Up first is Charlie! On this first day of November, Charlie is thankful for his family – “Mommy, Daddy, Charlie, & Jack!”

Today, I’m thankful for the kids. Andrew had them wake me up this morning by climbing all over me. Oliver wanted morning cuddles, and Jo said, “Dad, bye,” when he left for work. They amaze me and warm my heart. I’m not going to pretend that having kids isn’t challenging, but it’s also the most wonderful thing on the planet. I’m very thankful for them and for being a mom 🙂
