I am a self-admitted non-runner, but when a friend recently posted about the opportunity to jump in on the mud run bandwagon, I thought this would be the perfect chance!
The Pretty Muddy Women’s Mud Run is a women’s only 5k run/walk that incorporates LOTS of mud, architectural obstacles (FOR real), and an amazing finish line party {entertainment, drinks, food, etc!}
The Chicagoland race will take place on September 15th at 7:00 a.m. at
Pretty Muddy Farms, 11551 184th Place, Orland Park, Illinois 60467.
Early registration ends August 14th.

Love walking with 2 kids in a double stroller and bringing the dog along!! (ok maybe he walks us for part of it but I feel accomplished afterwards!)

If I had a favorite form of exercise perhaps I would not have such a big a**! If I HAVE to choose, I’ll say yoga, because you get to lay on the floor at the end. 🙂
