You may recall that we headed up to Milwaukee for the LEGO Kidsfest back in June. One of the more popular areas there was the Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo clean-up. Arming kids and their parents with their own Bissell, families tried to clean up hundreds of thousands of LEGO bricks in record time. We were lucky enough to bring one home to try out!
Some quick facts about the Bissell Perfect Sweep Turbo:
~Edge brushes for cleaning along baseboards and in corners
~Up to 60 minutes of cordless cleaning time
~7.2 volts of power
~Easy-to-remove, top loading dirt container
~Safe on carpet, rugs, and hard floors
~Perfect for in-between cleanings
~Battery operated with up to 60 minutes of cordless cleaning
Despite seeing how quickly families were picking up LEGO bricks, I still had a temporary freak-out when using the Bissell at home and it quickly engulfed some smaller puzzle pieces we had at home. Thinking I’d have to struggle with the red spin brush, my first instinct was to shake until the pieces fell out. Enter the top loading dirt (LEGO, small toys, small snacks) container. You simply lift it off and you can remove the pieces or toys that you hope to save!
Check out how we use the Bissell to help out with toy clean-up time (and yes, Charlie knows the pieces are not gone forever!):
I also love the fact that I have something small and slim that fits in the corner by my garbage can for quick clean-ups that I don’t feel like dragging the huge vacuum out for. It also makes clean-ups by baseboard and corners easier without dealing with hoses or attachments (I think I’m still missing half the attachments from my regular vacuum!)
We love the Bissell so much that my boys fight over it!
