Before vacation last year, on a whim, we decided to purchase a 1st generation iPad through Craigslist. It was easily one of the best purchases we’ve made recently and this little gadget helped us get through many a meals out with a toddler and infant in tow. Now that we’re home, we limit Charlie’s (age 3) time considerably with it, but the convenience of being able to keep him quiet and behaving is great!
Family members also have iPhones, smart phones, Kindles, and Nooks and the kids of the family definitely love having their time with this touch technology. Recently, I again went to my Facebook friends to see what their kids’ favorite apps were and the list was quite long! I’ve compiled the apps here and the list will be added to frequently.
