11 random things…
(1) I once fund-raised enough money to attend my 8th grade trip to Springfield for free, but never made it because I chose to attend a bible quizzing tournament in Kentucky instead.
(2) I own three different pairs of slipper/sock/knee-high things and like to wear them outdoors. As if they were shoes.
(3) My favorite room in the house is our nursery turned boys’ room. Themed as if they were at the beach, it is the most special space.
(4) I married my high school sweetheart and he proposed at the top of the Navy Pier Ferris Wheel.
(5) My hair has been pretty much every color of the rainbow.
(6) My favorite kitchen gadgets are my Kitchen-Aid mixer (RED!) and Keurig maker. Both surprises from my hubby!
(7) I used to ride the most dangerous bus line in the whole city to get to school. I only saw one fight and it involved fisticuffs.
(8) I’ll be heading to NYC this summer for a quick weekend and will stay with an old friend. One of the highlights of this summer!
(9) One of the most important things to note: College is not for everyone!
(10) I have never broken a bone or had stitches.
(11) My family is the best family ever. Period.
