*Imagine my husband’s chagrin yesterday when he came home and discovered that I had not, in fact, celebrated National Pancake Day. I did not take the boys to IHOP and I did not make pancakes for breakfast. BUT in my defense, both of their tummies were slightly upset and so there wasn’t much food on the menu. Period.
So, to somehow make it up to my children for all that they lost out on February 28th, I went into Super Mommy mode this morning and made two entirely different sets of pancakes. Okay, maybe not that different, but I edited the pictures differently and the shapes were not the same!

*It shall be noted that the 29 pancakes never made it to the other side of flipping because upon flipping they crumpled together and instead became what I like to call “mass that is pancakes.” They were still eaten and enjoyed, but the 29 was ruined. I’m still counting it!
