The same two lovely gals baked and created for Charlie’s party pulled out all the stops again!
This super cool pirate ship was made by Mari and was THE last thing cut into of the day. The only non-edible parts were the sails & sticks, but everything else was spot on delicious!
The treasure chest cake, complete with candy necklaces, gold coins, sixlet “beads” and fruit roll-up straps was delicious! This was the main cake cut into and it was YUM-O!
ARGH, Mateys! These fantabulous little peanut butter & chocolate fellas were show-stealers on their own. The detail was hysterical and the taste was outta sight!
Buried treasure, anyone? Gold coins & peanut butter frosting – Sarai made them look SO cute!
The birthday boy’s smash cake coordinated with the cutie-pie pirate cupcakes that Sera made! She and Mari didn’t even talk and they went SO well together!
The rest of the fare included Grog (Tropical Punch), a variety of hot dips (crab dip, pizza dip & creamy bacon dip), Mango Salsa which was a HIT (thanks, Momma!) We also served potato soup, beef stew & taco soup (thanks, Uncle & Momma!) Rice Krispies treats & fudgy brownies from Aunt Paulette & Great Grandma were the perfect complement.
