It’s the little things in life lately. After a busted plan to visit Momma’s work this morning, we ventured out this afternoon to get milk from Dominick’s and enjoy this 60-degree rainy day. The store was close, it required little to no preparation time & best of all, no diaper bag was necessary. Armed with light jackets, a new hat & a Starbucks giftcard, we were on our way.
Charlie behaved BEAUTIFULLY in the store and Jack fell asleep as we perused the aisles. As a reward, Charlie and I split a decaf Mocha Frap by the fireplace (Yes, they have one) and I just sat there feeling blessed – enjoying a yummy drink with some of my favorite (little) people. Daddy gets to join in the fun tomorrow! Until then, an awesome afternoon out with my boys…
