After a childhood friendship, my friend, Becky, & her family moved away to Colorado. Since that time, we have kept in touch through letters and now through the internet! Her son, Oliver, is *almost* (as in tomorrow) nine months old and is one of the first kids I’ve seen lately to have similar coloring to Charlie!
They came into town for a visit and unfortunately, our Little Red Schoolhouse plans were washed away! Instead, we opted to peruse the Chicago Ridge Mall. Charlie is not a good host and rather ran away constantly – getting into mischief wherever he turned! He DID nap, which I was thankful for! Oliver was the perfect gentleman, smiling, cooing & watching the big kids motor around! He’s got almost the SAME amount of teeth that Charlie has NOW which is amazing to me!
It was awesome to get to see them & can’t wait til they are back in town next summer!!!
Look at those boys together in the car. They’re so cute! Doesn’t it make you excited to see you new baby playing with and looking up to Charlie one day? It won’t be much longer.
